Cancellations

We understand that plans change and we’re here to help. For bookings cancelled more than 7 days in advance, we will provide a refund to the original payment method. For bookings cancelled less than 7 days in advance but more than 48 hours in advance, we reserve the right to refund in the form of a credit note instead. For bookings cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, we will respond on a case-by-case basis.

If Salcombe Watersports cancels your booking due to adverse weather, we will be in touch with you to arrange a refund, so you do not need to do anything. We will always refund any bookings if we have cancelled them.

Please get in touch with us using the form below if you wish to cancel your booking. Please provide us with your order number so that we can trace your order quickly and easily.

Please note that we are unable to provide refunds in no-show situations.
